Privacy Policy

1.1 This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies and other tracking technologies within the Hollywood Hair application, operated by HOLLYWOOD HAIR KLAUDIA DUSZYŃSKA with its registered office in Warsaw, Belwederska 44, 00-594 Warsaw, NIP 5060093284, REGON 147365472 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

1.2 The Administrator shall comply with data protection laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "RODO").

1.3 The Administrator shall use its best efforts to ensure the security of personal data and protect it from accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.

Processing of Personal Data

2.1 The Administrator shall process the Customer's personal data for purposes related to the use of the Application services, processing of orders, handling of complaints and returns, responding to inquiries, as well as for marketing purposes, including information about promotions, news, and special offers.

2.2 The provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary but necessary to use the services of the Application and to process orders.

2.3 The Administrator shall process the following personal data of the Customers: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, invoicing data (including NIP), and in the case of Customers who are entrepreneurs, also the company name and registered address.

2.4 The Administrator shall process the Customers' personal data for the period necessary to realize the purposes for which they were collected, and after their realization for the period of limitation of possible claims or for the period required by law.

Privacy Policy Amendment - User Authentication Data

3.1 During the user authentication process, Hollywood Hair collects basic personal information for the purpose of enhancing user experience, providing personalized recommendations, and supporting our app's growth. This information is securely stored and is not misused in any form. By using our app, you agree to the collection and use of this information as outlined in our privacy policy.

3.2 We value the privacy and security of our users and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of their personal information.

Rights of Data Subjects

4.1 The Customer has the right to request from the Administrator access to his/her personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to data processing.

4.2 The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the Customer believes that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO or other data protection regulations.

4.3 The Client has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

5.1 The Application uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on the Customer's device, which are used to identify the Customer, remember preferences, facilitate navigation and personalize content, and track the Application's visit statistics.

5.2 The Application uses session cookies, which are deleted when the Application is closed, and persistent cookies, which are stored for a specific period of time, defined in the parameters of the cookies.

5.3 The customer has the ability to limit or disable access of cookies to his device by changing the settings of the application. However, disabling cookies may result in the loss of some functionality of the application.

4.4 The application also uses analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, which collect anonymous data about users, such as the number of visitors, time spent on the application or traffic sources. This data is used to analyze and improve the performance of the Application.

Sharing of Personal Data

6.1 The Administrator may share Customers' personal data with third parties solely for the purpose of performing the services provided by the Applications, such as payment service providers, carriers, IT service providers, accounting firms, or marketing service providers.

6.2 Entities to which the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data shall be concluded contracts for the entrustment of personal data processing, in accordance with the provisions of the RODO.

6.3 The Administrator shall not transfer Customers' personal data outside the European Economic Area, unless it has the Customer's express consent to do so.

Update of the Privacy Policy

7.1 The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Customers will be informed of significant changes by email or through the Application. The date of the last update of the Privacy Policy will be indicated at the end of the document.

7.2 A customer who does not accept the changes made to the Privacy Policy has the right to terminate the agreement for the provision of electronic services by deleting his/her account in the Application or, if he/she does not have an account, by sending a relevant statement to the Application's e-mail address.
